Galbi is...
Galbi refers to a variety of “gui” or grilled dishes in Korean. The word, “Galbi” literally means Ribs. It can be referred to different kinds of meats. But most commonly, it refers to beef short ribs. For us, it can only mean 100% natural Angus beef short ribs.
Main ingredients in marinated Galbi are Korean soy sauce, garlic and sugar. However, we add a bit more ingredients into our marinade to achieve the taste our patrons are used to, pure heaven.
Your Galbi will be accompanied by lettuce, (used as a wrap), sliced green peppers, slice garlic bathed in sesame oil (also cooked along the open fire with your Galbi), and finely shredded scallions with it’s own sauce that packs a punch. Miso and hot red pepper sauce (Ssam Jang) is also accompanied with your Galbi.
Best way to enjoy our Galbi is to eat it as soon as it is grilled, this is why you will see a grill on each of our tables. Our gracious waitresses will prepare, grill, then deliver these delicious morsels from the grill to your plate in no time flat.

Galbi 101 - How to enjoy your Galbi
The lettuce that is accompanied by your Galbi is used to wrap your Galbi along with any other of the additions that follow your Galbi. There are no rules here, we encourage you to be daring and experimental by adding different ingredients into your wrap. You can even try adding some of the Ban Chan (side dishes) that is also accompanied with your every meal.
